Lily Jones | Founder

Lily Jones holds an M.A. in Education from U.C. Berkeley and has been a successful curriculum developer for over 15 years.

After teaching kindergarten and first grade, she worked as the Education Content Manager at Teaching Channel and the Learning Design Manager at Education.com.

She has developed curricula for top publishers, kids' media organizations, and ed-tech companies. Lily now runs Educator Forever, empowering teachers to expand their skills and impact, and the Educator Forever Agency, taking on large-scale curriculum projects.

In everything she does, Lily is committed to inspiring kids to love learning and empowering teachers to build the lives they desire.

April Brown | Coach

April Brown holds an M.Ed in Education and has been using her creative and innovative energy to design curriculum since 2015.

Formerly, April taught and held leadership positions in mainstream and alternative settings spanning PK-8th grade in the United States and internationally.

She has developed curricula for ed-tech companies, nonprofits, large school districts, and nationally operated learning centers. April is Educator Forever's Director of Learning and Development and she is committed to advocating for teachers and children.

Marissa Doherty | Curriculum Coach

Marissa Doherty holds an M.Ed. in Curriculum and Instruction and has been creating high-quality, accessible, and engaging curriculum for over a decade.

She began her professional journey as an educator, teaching and tutoring students across all grades, K-12. In addition, Marissa has delivered impactful professional development to teachers throughout her home state of Louisiana.

Her curriculum development experience spans the Louisiana Department of Education, non-profits, and numerous education companies and publishers. She has contributed to a wide range of content areas, producing both digital and print resources.

Currently, Marissa serves as a Curriculum Coach at Educator Forever, where she is passionate about supporting and empowering teachers to design curriculum that is high-quality, culturally responsive, and enjoyable for all learners.

Rozanne Rosenberg | Curriculum Coach

An innovative curriculum developer, educator, and communications specialist, Rozanne Rosenberg is passionate about creating and designing engaging, interdisciplinary, inquiry- and equity-based curricula for students and educators. She holds a bachelor’s degree in print journalism from Boston University, a master’s degree and certification in childhood general and special education from Bank Street College of Education, and an advanced certificate in gifted education from Hunter College.

After spending 10 years in upper elementary classrooms, Rozanne discovered the amazing Educator Forever community and started on her curriculum development journey. She has created and designed curricular units, lessons, and materials for many education companies, as well as two of her own TeachersPayTeachers stores.

Rozanne is excited to guide fellow educators on their curriculum development journeys as a Curriculum Coach.

Danielle Edmond | Curriculum Coach

Throughout her professional career, Danielle Edmond has had a passion for empowering teachers and meeting the needs of all students. This commitment led her to reach beyond the classroom and venture into the world of curriculum design.  

Danielle holds a Master of Education in Early Childhood Education from the University of Pittsburgh and has led classrooms and small groups from kindergarten through third grade.

The Curriculum Development Foundations course with Educator Forever launched her career in curriculum design, and she has since worked steadily in the field. Danielle is honored to now work as a Curriculum Coach with Educator Forever and help other teachers along this journey.

Mandy Flocchini | Curriculum Coach

Mandy Flocchini started her journey beyond the classroom when she found the support of the Educator Forever Network and is now the Editorial Manager for the Educator Forever Agency, as well as being a Curriculum Coach.

She holds a Bachelor of Science in chemistry and a minor in secondary education. She taught middle and high school science for nine years. While in the classroom, she created student-centered lessons and has continued utilizing inquiry and student-driven learning in her curriculum development roles outside of the classroom.

She has created content for various ed tech and educational publishing companies, including a year-long digital chemistry course. Mandy has written and edited curricula and assessments to make learning achievable for all students. She has expertise in standards alignment, teaching best practices, and inquiry learning. She loves creating lessons that answer the "Why" and making connections across subjects because learning happens best when it is sticky.
