Learn Your Way to Anything
The 4-Week Program to Finally Turn Your Vision into Action
You have a dream. You've had it for a while.
Maybe it's a business you keep meaning to start. A creative project that lives in a folder on your desktop. A version of your life that feels more like you, that you keep circling back to and pushing aside.
And you're waiting… for the right moment, enough confidence, a clear enough plan.
The problem usually isn't your mindset, your habits, or your morning routine. It's that we've been applying the wrong model of learning to our lives.
The key to getting anything you want is learning how to…
trust your intuition
create possibilities before the path is fully clear
take action before you feel ready
Research shows these are learnable skills — and that imperfect action creates more growth than endless preparation ever will.
As a former kindergarten teacher turned learning designer, founder of Educator Forever, and doctoral student at Johns Hopkins studying transformative learning, I've spent the last decade figuring out what actually helps people create meaningful change in their lives and achieve their dreams. This program is built on that.
In four weeks, you won't just learn about these concepts.
You'll use it to launch something real.
What This Program Helps You Do
You can use this program to:
Start a business
Launch a creative project
Start a podcast, newsletter, or portfolio
Reconnect to a part of yourself
Change your career path
Finally begin the thing you keep thinking about… The possibilities are endless!
Your dream already has a curriculum. This program helps you find it.
Every goal you've been putting off has a learning gap underneath it — something you don't know yet, something you haven't practiced, something you've been waiting to feel ready for.
This program helps you close that gap through action, reflection, accountability, and personalized coaching.
You’ll do this by actually doing the thing messily, imperfectly, in community, with a coach guiding you every week.
In four weeks, you won't just learn about learning. You'll use it to start or launch your dream.
WHAT WE COVER
-
Get honest about what you're going for and whether it's truly yours. You'll set a realistic 4-week goal that's ambitious enough to matter and small enough to actually do.
Assignment: Write your goal statement and reflect on where it came from and whose voice is in it. You’ll receive personalized feedback from your coach, which could include pushing you to go bigger or get even more honest.
-
Instead of asking How do I do this? you’ll ask: What do I need to learn to do this? Your dream already has a curriculum. This week you find it.
Assignment: Create and submit your personal learning map. Your coach reviews it for blind spots, opportunities, and places where you're overcomplicating or underestimating the path forward.
-
No more consuming information. This week, you do the first real thing: messy, small, real. This is also the week people bump up against their identity…. The voice that says Who do you think you are? That voice is data, too.
Assignment: Submit a short debrief/reflection of what you did and what it felt like. Your coach reads between the lines, responding not just to what you did but also to your follow-through, your self-talk, and what this first attempt reveals about your next step.
-
The biggest risk isn't that you won't start… It's that you'll stall after initial momentum and completion. This week is about building the conditions to keep going after the program ends.
Assignment: Create and submit your 30-day continuation plan and reflect on what you’ve launched. Your coach provides a final synthesis of your strengths, patterns, and your next growth edges as a learner and creator.

What People In Educator Forever’s Programs Are Saying:
Karen Minette Weinstein
"Joining this has honestly been the best decision I’ve made as I shifted from public school teacher to creative edupreneur. This group has cheered me on, kept me accountable, and motivated me through every stage of building something new. And the friendships I’ve made are real and deep. Somehow these folks—women I’ve never met in person—understand my vision in ways many of my IRL friends (and even my husband!) don’t. Through our classes, calls, and trainings, they’ve become trusted friends I genuinely cherish, and let me tell you, this community is full of talent! If you’re on the fence about joining, know this: you won’t just gain business support, you’ll gain a community that truly has your back as you grow."
Samantha Baldwin
"I have experienced so much success in my business from being a part of this. I've never experienced anything as unique as what Lily and her team offers. Not only can you apply what you're learning directly to your business, you have like-minded experienced educators who are there to give feedback and support you with real friendships. I can't say enough about how Educator Forever has helped me build something that I didn't think was even possible!"

MEET YOUR INSTRUCTOR
Meet Lily
Lily Jones went from kindergarten teacher to building Educator Forever into a million-dollar business — and she did it by learning her way forward, not by waiting until she had a perfect plan.
A former teacher turned learning designer, Lily has spent her career helping people close the gap between the life they have and the one they want. She is currently pursuing her doctorate in learning design at Johns Hopkins, where her research focuses on transformative learning experiences.
Her work sits at the intersection of learning science, identity, and action. She believes the tools that help people grow aren't found in productivity systems or self-help frameworks, but in understanding how learning actually works and applying it to your own life.
Learn Your Way to Anything is the direct result of everything she has built, studied, and lived.
